|First we need to seperate the Krystals.
This should be done as soon as possible as cold Krystals are much harder to seperate that hot ones.
|Place the tops of the buns of one cookie sheet, cut side down.
make sure there's plenty of space around the buns to allow air to circulate.
|Place the bottoms of the buns on a pizza pan in a 3x3 square pattern.
Make sure the buns are touching on all sides.
|Lastly, place the meat and onions in a bowl.
Using a fork, break the meat into small chunks and stir in the oregano.
|Microwave butter and minced garlic in a bowl until the butter is melted.
Using a pastry brush, liberally brush garlic butter over the tops of the buns.
Bake the bun tops 5-7 minutes until they are crispy on top.
|Just before serving, brush more garlic butter on the buns.
Serve with the rest of the garlic butter or pizza sauce.
|Bake the bun bottoms for 7-10 minutes until they start to brown.|
|Cover the buns evenly with the pizza sauce, going all the way to the edges.|
|Layer most of the cheese, then the meat mixture, then the rest of the cheese.|
|Bake 7-10 minutes or until the cheese melts and the pizza is warmed through.|
|Makes nine small square pizza slices.
